Welcome to the KSG Faculty Profiles

The Faculty Profiles are a resource for both the KSG community and our public visitors. The Profiles include a brief biography of anyone teaching in a KSG course (including those teaching jointly offered courses taught elsewhere at Harvard). If the faculty member's primary appointment is at the KSG, the profile will also include contact information, research areas, recent publications, and a list of courses they teach.

For the Media: Interviewing Kennedy School Experts

Journalists are encouraged to utilize the online Kennedy School Media Experts guide to identify those faculty members who may be available to provide analysis and commentary for relevant news stories and interview segments. This online database is organized by issue area, and includes links to biographical and contact information for those faculty members who welcome media inquiries.

Although it encompasses a wide range of public policy areas - including foreign policy, social policy, human rights, business and government, domestic political affairs and international development - this database is not a comprehensive Kennedy School faculty expertise list. (A more expansive online faculty expertise directory, intended for use by scholars, researchers, students and other website visitors, is posted online )

Members of the press are welcome to contact faculty members and experts referenced in the Media Experts guide directly. If you are on deadline, contact the Kennedy School Press Office at 617 495-1115 for personal assistance. The School also has many visiting faculty, fellows, and practitioners who are not listed in this database who may serve as a resource for reporters. Additional information may be found at the News and Communications website. If your inquiry concerns other Schools or areas at Harvard, please contact the University News Office at 617-495-1585.

NOTE to broadcast media: A television studio, located on the Kennedy School campus, is available for live and taped network interviews with Kennedy School professors, researchers and fellows. Telephone the Kennedy School Press Office at 617 495-1115 for more information.
